I hold a Ph.D. in Education (2022) from the University of Sargodha, Punjab, an M.Phil. in Education (2016) from Hamdard University, Karachi, and an Associate Engineering in Electronics (2003) from the School of Electronics (PAF).
Over more than a decade at the Aviation Training Department, Karachi (2010–2022), I led the end-to-end training setup across Pre-service, CPD, Skill Enhancement, On-the-Job, and Safety & Compliance programs. I pioneered the full digitization of lessons, training manuals, and assessment tests into the intranet system.
